Yellowstone National Park is known for its wildness, the untamed wilderness, home of many wild animal species. Tourism is high from June through September and do are Animal Jams. Animal Jams are Traffic Jams caused by wild game and animal sightings.
During our trip, September of 2012, we noticed animal jams for bison, elk and one in particular, where various predators were feeding on a bison carcass over our three-day stay.
