Love is… When a granddaughter follows you inside to see you transform your windblown, bad-hair-day head; watches you struggle to brush, comb & place the mop into a less than satisfactory updo; and then declares “Gigi your hair really looks beautiful now!”

Love is… God giving us grandchildren.

Hey wait a minute! I must have been brainwashed! What about those days when grandchildren are bad, for they can be very, very bad.

On second thought, I still believe that grandchildren are pure, unconditional love. No matter what, grandchildren love their grandparents unconditionally and grandparents who love their grandchildren unconditionally through the good, bad and the ugly are blessing to the children of today who become our tomorrow.
