Introducing Gigi and Her EIGHT Grandchildren PLUS TWO On the Way!!

I LOVE BEING GIGI!!! Being a grandmother has provided opportunity for me to love and care for more children than my life allowed me to mother by myself. I have experienced three miscarriages and only one live birth. My only child came at age 27 and I have lived deeply EVERY MINUTE of his life, the good, the hard, the happy and the stressful. Being a mom was the hardest and yet the best thing I ever did in my life. I think parenting is the single most important piece of our life here on this earth.

I was blessed with three additional step children when I married the second time in 1995. They have given to me a gift so awesome I am now going to begin blogging about

“BEING GIGI”! Thank you Matt, Shannon and Seth for my grandchildren!! I hope you enjoy the stories of our fun times and they have a record they can enjoy for a lifetime too!

As I describe in my profile, I have EIGHT grandchildren, blood and step, who give me joy and the opportunity to work to create fun experiences, and special unique “Gigi” Gifts. I am constantly trying to figure out what happens next and find ways to add a special spark to their lives and mine!

The pictures included here are a hodge podge of various pictures of me, Gigi, their grandmother; my hubby the grandfather, GDaddy; group pictures of the 8 grandkids with and without us; and individual pictures of the current grandkids.

ON TOP of the EIGHT – We have TWO MORE on the way, arriving the Spring of 2012!!
